Globalization is era of think locally and acts globally. Globalization has had effects on society especially policy and policy making. In era of globalization with WTO obligation you cannot isolate from global affairs. Policy making in the era of globalization is more comprehensive than the other era of policy formulation. It needs on the part of policy makers to visualize the situation well and move with global context like environment, poverty and population growth, aids, drugs, trade and industry, privatization and terrorism.

Global Warming and increasing pollution is a challenge both globally and locally. So need of the hour is to include such topics in high priority in our national policy making.

Poverty and Rising population is a challenge especially for Asian nations. The rate of increment will put heavy pressure on mother earth because the resources are limited. So the poverty amelioration measures and population control always given space in national policy formulation.

AIDS and Drugs are such type of global challenge from which no part of earth is untouched. Its impact on humanity is devastating. It is always part of local policy making. Terrorism is a global threat and no nation of the world misses policy against it in their national policy making.

(b) "Collaboration and its cognates for public service delivery need to be viewed from the governance lenses." Comment.
