Three Junior Scientific Officers in National Centre of Organic Farming, Ghaziabad, Ministry of Agriculture, Department of Agriculture & Cooperation (OBC-01 & UR- 02). Of the three posts, one post is reserved for Physically Challenged Persons with disability viz.

Pay Scale: Rs.9,300- 34,800 (PB-2) + Rs. 4,600 (Grade Pay) (T.E. Rs. 30,441/- Approx.) + TA and HRA as admissible. General Central Service, Group ‘B’, Gazetted, Non-Ministerial.

Age*: 30 yrs.

QUALIFICATIONS: ESSENTIAL:

EDUCATIONAL:

M.Sc. in Microbiology from a recognized university or institute; Or M.Sc. in Botany with specialization in Plant Pathology or Microbiology or Mycology from a recognized university or institute; Or M.Sc. in Agriculture with specialization in Soil Science or Agricultural Chemistry or Agronomy or Microbiology or Plant Pathology or Horticulture or Agricultural Extension from a recognized university or institute.

DESIRABLE:

i) Ph.D. in any discipline mentioned in essential qualifications;

ii) Two years experience in the field of research and development of biofertilizers and other aspects of organic farming.

DUTIES: Testing of Biofertilizers, Organic Manures, Vermi-culture & different organic inputs in laboratory, Isolation and authentication of different strains of effective microorganisms related with organic farming, Organisation of training programmes on organic farming, Organisation of field demonstration programmes on organic farming, Preparation of technical literature on organic farming.

HQ: Ghaziabad. The candidates recruited are required to serve at any Regional Centres located at Ghaziabad, Bangalore, Bhubneshwar, Imphal, Jabalpur, Nagpur, Panchkula, with liability to serve anywhere in India.

Six Assistant Directors (Non-Medical) in Central Research Institute, Kasauli (HP), Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Directorate General of Health Service (UR- 06). The posts are suitable for Physically Challenged Persons with disability viz.

QUALIFICATIONS: ESSENTIAL:

(A) EDUCATIONAL:

M.Sc. Degree in Biochemistry or Microbiology or Pharmaceutical Chemistry from a recognised University or
equivalent*.

(B) EXPERIENCE:

**About seven years’ research and/or teaching experience in the medical and public health problems and manufacture of biological product for human use.

DESIRABLE:

Doctorate degree in Biochemistry or Microbiology or Pharmaceutical Chemistry.

DUTIES: i) Manufacturing, Testing and Quality Control of Immunobiologicals.

ii) Medical Research.

DUTIES: The duties & responsibilities for this post is to take classes of the trainees of Basic Courses as well as in-service course police officers on the topics like Modern India & Role of Police/ Human & Police Attitude/ Understanding Critical Social Groups & Conflict Situations/ Personality of the Police Officers/Police Community Relations/ Criminology & Penology etc. in addition to other administrative responsibilities assigned to the officer.

DUTIES: The duties and responsibilities of the post in question is to take classes of various training courses run by this Academy. He/she will specifically be responsible to take classes on subject like Human Resource Management, leadership, Morale, motivation, Stress Management / Ethics / Management Function Behaviour /Social Process in Behavioural issues / Human Resource Planning / Organizational Dynamics / Employment relations / Managing change in organisation. He/she will also assist to the Dy Directors to execute all the training programmes pertaining to basic training and in-service training courses and manage the training schedules undertaken by the Academy and other administrative works assigned by the authority.

Two years experience of Analytical method and research in the field of Ballistics.

DUTIES: Crime Scene Management, Crime Case Examination, giving evidences in the Courts of Law u/s 293 of Cr. PC, providing guidance to the junior scientific staff for case analysis, R&D activities on Forensic Activities and imparting training in their respective field of forensic specialization to the trainees from different investigating agencies / forensic science labs and other organizations

HQ: Head Quarter is at New Delhi with Laboratories at Kolkata, Chandigarh, Hyderabad, Bhopal, Guwahati & Pune. In connection with performing his duties the officer may be required to serve in any part of India.

(A) EDUCATIONAL:

Master’s Degree in Chemistry / Biochemistry / Forensic Science with Chemistry as one of the subjects at Bachelor of Science level from a recognized University or equivalent*.

(B) EXPERIENCE:

Two years experience of Analytical method and research in the field of Chemistry.

DUTIES: Crime Scene Management, Crime Case Examination, giving evidences in the Courts of Law u/s 293 of Cr. PC, providing guidance to the junior scientific staff for case analysis, R&D activities on Forensic Activities and imparting training in their respective field of forensic specialization to the trainees from different investigating agencies / forensic science labs and other organizations.

For that the applicant may scan the experience certificate in 200 dpi grey scale.
