The second Administrative Reforms Commission (ARC), in its latest report has suggested a number of radical changes for revamping the Civil Services Examination system of which 25 years as the upper limit has been included. There are suggestions about the entry process etc. However, it would only come into effect once the recommendations are accepted The notification of the Civil Services Examination would give you the final details. The CSE 2009 was announced on the basis of prevailing norms.(28.01.2009)
