Clarification Regarding attempt Count

Question:

Hi friends,
I want to know if we have received the admit card for civil services exam and do not appear for it, will it be counted as an attempt? pls can someone clarify????????????

Answer:

No. An attempt is counted only if a candidate has appeared in at least one paper in CS (P) Examination.
