Sir, i have a question regarding UPSC exams. Sir, I want to go abroad for studing M.A in International Relations (London) ,hereby i want to confirm that there would be no problem in my appearing for UPSC exams, as i would have a degree from abroad?.

The basic eligibility for UPSC civil Services is a graduate degree in any of the disciplines as notified in the Civil Services Notification. The Civil Services notification is generally issued by UPSC in Nov/Dec every year and is published in Employment news. You may also access the website of UPSC www.upsc.gov.in for further details.
The Post Graduation degree does not make a difference to the eligibility criteria.
