Question: I have a friend in guntur who is very intelligent and has a bright academic career But, unfortunately, he is infected with HIV and now diagnosed as HIV positive. Is he eligible to write IAS exam???

Answer: There is no any guideline from UPSC regarding HIV +ve candidates, but according to some court and administrative tribunal's verdicts there can not be any discrimination with such candidates.
