UPSC Toppers 2015 from Odisha

As many as 26 from Odisha, including Divyajyoti Parida, ranked 26th in the country, cleared the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) Civil Services Examination-2015, the results of which were announced today.

Delhi girl Tina Dabi is the all-India topper while Aamir ul Shari Khan Akhtar and Jasmeet Singh Sandhu have secured second and third positions respectively.

Among the 26 successful candidates from Odisha are

A total of 1078 candidates cleared the ICS examinations of which 180 have qualified for Indian Administrative Service (IAS), 150 for Indian Police Service (IPS) and 45 for Indian Foreign Service (IFS). The remaining 703 candidates have qualified for Central Services, Group ‘A’ and Group ‘B’.

Out of a total of 1078 successful candidates, 499 candidates are from General Category, 314 OBCs, 76 SCs and 89 are from ST category.
