1. You notice there have lately been an unusual number of long-distance phone calls on the monthly bills. You track the source of 90 per cent of these calls to the same employee. Which of the following would be the best thing to do?

(a) Ask all employees to keep a record of their long distance calls for a two-week period
(b) Ask the employee the reason for his calls and remind him of company policy
(c) Disallow the concerned employee from making any long-distance call

2. A person approaches you and tells you of many complaints he has about your department. What would be your initial reponse?
